Summary of the organisations working in the centre:

1. Social Economy
   The Social Economy Programme acts as the Facilities & Services Department by ensuring the smooth running of the Centre. This achieved by the manager and 11 workers.
2. Cherry Orchard Integrated Youth Service
   The Youth Service supports Young People between the ages of 8 and 21, who are experiencing difficulties in the following areas; Drug use, alcohol use, relationships, sexual health and families and employment. They also operate an outreach facility to make contact with young people on the street.
3. Cherry Orchard Community Training Centre
   The manager and the Tutors of the C.T.C work to create a positive learning experience for 30 young people each year, to renew their interest in Education and to provide training in an Equine centred learning environment.
4. The Equine Department
   The Manager and staff of this department deliver a number of programmes to various groups including Stable and Yard Routine to the trainees of the C.T.C., Horse riding and horse care programmes to the Stay in School groups from Local Schools, Junior Cert Schools Programme for Local Schools, Community horse riding, Leaders Pony Club.

All elements of the Service are managed within an integrated structure; therefore all programmes are delivered in a seamless and holistic manner to the community.
