Dublin Fire Brigade Visits Cherry orchard Equine Centre

Just before Halloween, Dublin Fire Brigade visited the Cherry Orchard Equine Centre, hosted by Cherry Orchard Youth Service, for an afternoon of safety and fun.

The young people had the chance to meet the firemen, explore the fire engine, and learn important lessons about staying safe during the Halloween season. The firefighters spoke about the dangers of bonfires, the importance of fire safety at home, and tips for enjoying Halloween responsibly.

A big thank you to Damien, Jeff, and all the A Watch team from Tallaght Station for visiting Cherry Orchard Youth Service at our Junior Drop-In. Your time, advice, and engagement made the session both educational and memorable for everyone involved.

It was an engaging and interactive session, giving participants practical knowledge while also providing a fun experience. The visit highlighted the importance of safety awareness and community engagement, leaving everyone with valuable tips to stay safe during the spooky season.
