Summary of Experience :
I started horse riding at 10yrs old. I loved it so much that within my first year I had bought my first pony. I got to develop my riding through lessons and competitions.
Afrer finishing school, I studied Equine Studies and Coaching in Grennan College. I completed the Ride Safe, Stage One Complete, Stage Two Complete, Stage Three Ride, Care and lunge along with my QQI qualification in 9 months. I progressed on to do a level 6 course.
I joined Cherryorchard and continued to develop. I then completed my Bhs Stage 3 by achieving Stage 3 teach
How cherry orchard has helped me develop :
Ive strengthened my Interpersonal skills and my confidence alongside my equestrian skills and its made me a better person as to who I am today
What I like about my role :
I love my job as an instructor as everyday is different, every horse is different & every client is different. The variety , the changes, the improvements and the impacts on others makes my job feel like it’s not a job
